Colores de Mexico

Colores de Mexico is an explosion of stripes, pattern and colors inspired by the hand woven serapes and rebozos found in any Mexican open-air market. The collection, designed specifically for outdoor use, is woven with Sunbrella® solution dyed yarns to ensure non-fading color and the palette includes our most vibrant hues of red, bright blue, chrome yellow and lime green alongside seemingly un-dyed natural wool colors of blacks and browns.

The three stripe patterns include the larger scale Serape in broad and narrow bands, the more animated geometric Rebozo and the almost solid Poncho with simple accent lines. All three patterns are woven in a rustic ottoman construction, emulating Mexico's classic hand woven textiles. Flora's happy pattern is taken from traditional tiles and the paper decorations found at any Mexican piƱata party. Tela Solar is a solid created in the intense colors of the collection with a dash of chocolate for dessert.

The collection, an Interior Design Magazine Best of Year Award Winner, has been designed so that one can easily mix and match all the patterns and colors to achieve the most exuberant outdoor setting.
